Internet ExpLODER v8.0
At first, I just didn’t like IE due to its slow speed, clumsy interface, lack of innovative widgets, cluttered antediluvian support… well you get the idea. I recently installed Windows 7 (which actually rocks), and tried to give IE 8.0 one last chance. Nothing had changed, it was still crappy – but this time it got a little too personal.
This is how my blog is rendered in Firefox (latest version):
This is how the same blog is rendered in Chrome (latest version):
This is how the same blog is rendered on Safari (latest version):
AND THIS IS HOW ITS RENDERED (really? Does Microsoft know what rendering is?) in IE (latest version):
See those extra margins and black outlines that IE so smarrrrrrtly added to all my columns, rows, header, semi header, post title, comment box….? Even the rounded corners (top left) are rendered as straight lines. Arrrrgggghhhhh! If I were Steve, I would fire half my development staff. Bloody overconfident, underinformed bastards.
I officially hate Internet Explorer. And caramel popcorn.
