My house is H.A.U.N.T.E.D !!

When I moved into my new house, the previous tenant remarked (in broken English) – “Arnav, thank God you’re moving in. The house is now possessed by you.” Well, she was right, to an extent.
- The burglar alarm sensors keep flickering even when there is nothing moving in the house. O.K. dude I know you’re there now.
- Twice the fire alarm rang at 2 a.m. without any reason. C’mon!! Don’t do that!! Just ring the alarm clock instead, I WILL wake up!
- Chairs in the Kitchen have a mind of their own – I put them under the table and they take the liberty of pulling themselves back. Why don’t you just join me for dinner instead?
- I hear a scratching noise outside the walls, often. Very often. I will repaint the walls and take the old paint off dude, promise!!
- Doors get shut with a SLAM! Even though they have stoppers on top. What’s the hurry? It ain’t THAT cold outside...!?
- I paused a movie the other day to go to the loo and when I came back it started playing by itself. My TV does not have Artificial Intelligence. Couldn’t wait for the suspense to reveal itself or what?
- The usual reflections in the blank TV screen, screeching door hinges, food growing unusual fungi, drawers opening by themselves and other cheap tricks. Get over it man, you chose the wrong house this time…
Considering that the first thing I see when I get off the bus for work is a graveyard, it won’t be long before I find out the name of this thing that accompanied me back home. Paranormal Activity 3 anyone?!

Wallah!!! I’m stayn away from this haunted house
Ahem :p
I don't think the former possessor of the house is bonding too well with you tsk tsk :)
Manaste Ji!! Hehehe I don't want to "bond" with the former possessor anyway :P
You’re not alone, I got that tshirt too! I’m a JD/MBA, 55, not particularly imaginative or religious. Bought my first house out of law school 1987; grossly underpriced, older, double lot, on the market for a year with no buyers so I got an absolutely great deal. (No major issues with the house, but in 45 years no one had stayed over 2 years and I couldn’t figure out why.) Right after buying it, I was inside my closet under the stairs repainting it white (which for some unknown reason was painted BLACK and had no light inside) and got a chill. Turned around and saw a black swirling cloud about the size of a big hot water heater in the doorway which moved, blocked out the light and didn’t appear friendly. After it finally moved, I called a dear friend (retired cleric) who came over: I don’t know (or want to know) what he did for a few hours inside, but he cleared the house. A week later my next door neighbor (20 years) asked me if I’d done something to the house, and the ghost story turned out to be real stemming from the original owner (ca. 45 years earlier) and his cat, and my ghost had moved to his house through the common wall. (No idea if he solved the problem, but I couldn’t give my friend’s identity out.) Three years later I sold it (major profit) and met an established realtor who recognized the address. My house, along with about 8 others in my area, was an acknowledged ‘haunt’ and hard sell: she showed me the others and told me their stories.
