This book was not quite what I expected. I was expecting something along the lines of The Housemate (CL Pattison) or the The Temp (Michelle Frances) but this had a different feeling to it- it didn’t have the same psychological thriller vibe to it. It was much lighter, there wasn’t a lot of suspense to it and to be honest it was a bit predictable. It wasn’t a book which I got very into- it wasn’t a book that I couldn’t wait to get home to read. In saying that, it was still an enjoyable read and when I did read I did like the story- it just wasn’t a book I devoured. A solid story, good characters and a good ending.
