⭐️⭐️⭐️ Libby finds a note on her car which changes her world and her family. She can’t look at her husband the same and is questioning her whole life. They decide to go on a date night to put their problems behind them- but it only makes things worse. When they return home their babysitter is gone, without a trace.
I liked this book a bit better than the last book I read. Still I wasn’t mad about it- I wasn’t constantly looking to read it or anything. I had a few issues with the way the story was told. It was told in the third person but I felt like the way the story went it should have been in the point of view of the characters. It didn’t make sense as we were told one thing in the first chapter by a third person narrative and then it was contradicted later on which would have worked better if it had been in a characters point of view. The story was also very predictable and I had the mystery figured out about half way through which made the second half a bit boring. Overall, a good book, just not excellent.
